Being a voracious reader and an all-around book lover, I noticed that I was accumlating a significant number of books that I was unlikely to read again. Finally, I decided I had to get rid of some. Being a net junkie I turned to the online community, but couldn't find a site where I could easily list and sell my books in an environment where I wasn't either a) forced to charge high prices to cover the costs imposed by the provider of the service, or b) I was unhappy with the way it was being done, so, being a web designer/developer, with a spare domain name and webspace, I built my own. List Stuff is the result. Looking around I found some other things that I could happily do without, but which others might enjoy, so I have put them up as well. Think of it as an online car boot stall (or garage sale for any Americans amongst us).
